Affiliate Pilot & Feedback Terms

1. Who these terms apply to
These terms apply to everyone who joins, tests or gives feedback on the IronYard Affiliate Programme during its test and pilot phase ("Pilot Tester"). They apply together with the IronYard Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. Feedback is voluntary and free
Any feedback, notes, comments, ideas, suggestions, reports or opinions you give ("Feedback") are given voluntarily and as a free opinion. You will not receive any payment, fee, salary, royalty, commission, share or other compensation for Feedback, now or later.
3. IronYard owns everything
IronYard owns the Affiliate Programme, the platform and everything built, changed or improved, including anything that comes from your Feedback. To the extent you have any rights in your Feedback (including copyright or other intellectual property), you assign them to IronYard. You waive any moral rights and any claim to them. IronYard may use, change, publish or ignore Feedback freely without crediting you.
4. No claims of authorship or ownership
You may not claim, state or suggest, publicly or privately, that you designed, built, co-built, developed, own or part-own the IronYard platform, the Affiliate Programme or any feature of it. You may not claim any partnership, employment or joint venture with IronYard because you took part in the pilot.
5. Confidentiality
Pilot features, demo pricing, screens and documents are confidential. Do not copy, share or publish them except normal affiliate sharing of machine links that the platform provides.
6. No commercial obligation
No fees or subscriptions are collected during the pilot. Prices shown are demo pricing and are not offers. Taking part does not guarantee membership, tier, commission or income. IronYard may change, reset or end the pilot or your access at any time.
7. After the pilot
IronYard may email you to ask if you want to become an active member. Active membership, if you accept, is subject to the full affiliate agreement and verification in force at that time.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is processed in line with POPIA and the IronYard Privacy Policy, only to run the pilot and to contact you about it.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
